All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. You will receive a notification once your order has cleared processing and is ready for shipment. Please note that orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

Because we source our products directly from manufacturers to keep costs low, shipping times may vary.

 * Peak Seasons: During high-volume periods (such as holidays), shipping may take slightly longer. We appreciate your patience.
3. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking information usually becomes active within 48–72 hours of shipment.
4. International Shipping
We currently offer international shipping to select countries. Please be aware that your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. The Bunker Store is not responsible for these charges; they are the responsibility of the customer.
5. Incorrect Address & Undeliverable Packages
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the buyer. If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, we will contact you to arrange re-shipment at the buyer’s expense.
6. Damaged or Lost Items
If you received your order damaged, or if your tracking hasn't updated in over 20 business days, please contact us immediately so we can investigate with the carrier and find a solution for you.
